Nanci brings a wealth of expertise with over 25 years of experience in many phases of dentistry including dental assisting, practice administration and organization and the consulting arena. As a professional consultant/coach for Blatchford Solutions since 2001, she has an established record working with numerous dentists and their teams on how to build and maintain exceptional practices. She is best known for utilizing her excellent listening skills, customer service/sales skills and to help support positive change and continual improvement.  Nanci resides in a western suburb of Chicago with her husband and soft coated wheaten terrier.

Kaye Puccetti of Oregon
Kaye has a reputation of being honest and to the point. She has over 25 years in dentistry as a registered dental assistant, office manager and dental business consultant. Having worked with a Dental practice that completed the Blatchford program, Kaye has been able to take her real life experiences and assist other offices in creating the practice they have always dreamed of.  She is passionate about dentistry and helps dentists and their teams, develop their own personal vision, goals and action plan, so they may have a rewarding and profitable practice. Kaye resides in beautiful Central Oregon with her husband, 3 horses, 3 dogs and cat. She has one daughter currently attending Oregon State University as a pre-dental major.

Is an accomplished dental hygiene career in general and cosmetic dental practices as well as dental hygiene education. A Blatchford Coaching graduate of 7 years, she continues part-time clinical practice and is an enroller.

Carol Bogner
Carol is a graduate of Loyola Univ of Chicago in Dental Hygiene and Communication Arts.

Living in Maryland for 17 yrs, she worked as a productive hygienist until she made a career change to dental sales. Working for a pharmaceutical company, she lectured at the Top 10 Dental schools in the Northeast and was successful to be named the top salesperson in her division.

Then returning to Chicago in 2000 she has worked with Dr Blatchford interviewing hundreds of Dentists who might want to be selected among the 50 clients a year that we accept.

Peter Munton
Is a seasoned senior executive with consulting experience in personal, professional, and corporate strategic planning. Peter has been associated with the dental profession by virtue of his ownership, management and advisory capacities in numerous companies, for more than 20 years. He has enjoyed a long term relationship with Dr. Blatchford since the company’s inception.

Sherran Strong Bard
Sherran is a member of Blatchford’s “New” Team Texas. She has 25 years experience in dentistry and is Executive Assistant for a Texas office that has completed the Blatchford program. Sherran now strives to give back what enriched her personal and professional life by being an enroller for the Blatchford Team. She currently meets the same challenges daily that most offices do.
