Dr. Bill Blatchford is one of the strongest voices in dentistry today for profitability with special emphasis on increased case acceptance. Working with a maximum of 50 dentists each year, he has coached more than 1800 dental practices from Guam to England to reach their goals. With his coaching, dentists are increasing their enjoyment of doing dentistry, staying in the game, increasing net return, attracting patients who see the value in the dentistry offered, and developing an enthusiastic staff who enjoy working and are well compensated.

Bill has written two books: Playing Your A Game-Inspirational Coaching to Profitability and Blatchford Blueprints-The Art of Creating Dental Practice Success. Both include histories from doctors and teams who have reached their goals despite obstacles and share how you can reach your goals too. Marketing, sales, knowing the numbers and other important issues are covered in these inspiring books. Bill also writes a monthly column for Dental Economics, “Flourishing in Changing Times.”

Bill practiced for twenty years in Corvallis, OR., following graduation from Loyola Dental School in 1970. He and his wife, Carolyn, graduated together from Hillsboro High School and remain a strong team today after 42 years of marriage. They are proud that their oldest daughter is following Dad’s footsteps by earning her dental degree and opening a dental office in Oregon. Their younger daughter has followed Mom’s footsteps as a teacher.

Bill is honored to have been a speaker for major dental conferences such as AACD, Yankee Dental Conference, Chicago MidWinter, British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, as well as many other speaking venues.

When time permits, Bill enjoys piloting his amphibious plane, scuba diving, biking, golfing, and boating, although his true passion is coaching dentists to reach their dreams. After 18 years of not practicing clinical dentistry, he has taken up the tools again to reconstruct Carolyn’s smile (under Dr. Rhys Spoor watchful eye) and has found that “dentistry is like riding a bicycle,” the enjoyment and skill is still there!

Kaye Puccetti of Oregon
Kaye has a reputation of being honest, direct and to the point. She has over 25 years in dentistry as a registered dental assistant, office manager and dental business consultant. Having worked with a Dental practice that completed and flourished in the Blatchford program, Kaye has been able to take her real life experiences and assist other offices in creating the practice they have always dreamed of. She is passionate and excited about dentistry and coaches dentists and their teams to develop their own personal vision, goals and action plan, so they may have a rewarding, fun and profitable practice. Kaye resides in beautiful Central Oregon with her husband, 3 horses, 2 dogs and cat. She has one daughter Jessica, currently attending the College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at Colorado State University, pursuing her dream to become a small animal veterinarian.

Carol Bogner
Carol is a graduate of Loyola Univ of Chicago in Dental Hygiene and Communication Arts.

Living in Maryland for 17 yrs, she worked as a productive hygienist until she made a career change to dental sales. Working for a pharmaceutical company, she lectured at the Top 10 Dental schools in the Northeast and was successful to be named the top salesperson in her division.

Then returning to Chicago in 2000 she has worked with Dr Blatchford interviewing hundreds of Dentists who might want to be selected among the 50 clients a year that we accept.

Carol Fisher, RDH-BS Edu
Carol came to us with “years” of dental experience including practicing dental hygiene, practice management consulting, teaching CE soft tissue management courses and a corporate trainer for consultants. She now believes she has the “perfect” job – working with doctors who have an interest in becoming a Blatchford Coaching client. She uses her background and expertise from the initial contact with doctors through the enrollment process. She resides in Wichita, Kansas with her husband, their wheaten terrier and Persian cat. She is involved in children’s ministry, women’s ministry, plays golf and bridge, belongs to a gourmet club and wine tasting group.

Operations Manager - Jeanne Swenson
After earning a degree in Anthropology from UC Davis, Jeanne moved to Bend to enjoy a year of being a ski bum before pursuing her career. Bend offered other opportunities and 30ish years later the anthro background along with years of travel agency management, marketing, and business development have proved useful in managing Blatchford Solutions operations. In her free time, she likes to torment her teen-age daughter and enjoy the outdoors with friends.

Shipping and Fulfillment Manager - Nanci Huston
Nanci Huston manages the shipping department of Blatchford Solutions. She has known the Blatchford’s since she was in high school with their daughter Tiffany. She graduated from Montana State. She now lives in Bend Or with her husband and three naughty dogs. Her family will grow soon with the birth of their first human child due in November 2010.

Special Ops - Tiffany Evans
Tiffany Evans lives in Bend, Oregon with her husband and young son.  She has a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education and a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction and Reading.  She has been a school teacher for the last twelve years.  Currently, she helps Jeanne and Nanci in the office.  She is excited about all the products and services Blatchford Solutions has to offer and looks forward to promoting them. 

Security - Gracie
Gracie is the official office greeter and excels at security, keeping the office particularly safe from cats and alerting the busy humans to unusual activity or the arrival of visitors and deliveries. She is well known in the Bend Blatchford community, representing the company with enthusiasm where ever she goes.
