We start with the basic philosophy that your life is most important. Our coaching helps you discover your own dreams, desires and values in achieving a fulfilling and meaningful lifestyle. Blatchford Custom Coaching is custom. This is not a cookie-cutter approach. It is 14 months of Dr. Blatchford working with doctor, spouse and staff on their dreams, goals, lifestyle, and practice model of achievement.

Summit
An intense, full one-on-one day with Dr. Blatchford is spent with you and your spouse to unearth your deepest wants and needs. Start with the premise that your life is most important. Your practice should operate in such a way that makes your dream life possible. Leave with answers to the big questions: how do I give meaning to my life
and my life’s work? And how do I design a practice to support that?

Personal Phone Coaching with Dr. Blatchford
A unique feature experienced by all 50 Blatchford clients, is a monthly personal call with Dr. Bill Blatchford. These coaching calls cover a variety of subjects pertinent specifically to your practice each month. To assure good use of your time and make the conversation more effective, the calls are by appointment and include a pre-call outline. Dr. Blatchford is also available by phone and email if you need advice between scheduled calls. Much of the brilliance of Blatchford Solutions comes from the continued support, redirection, and guidance of regular check-ins and feedback. You won’t find this valuable service with any other coaching or consulting firm in the
dental industry.

Join other dentists on a specific topic like attitude, staffing, overhead, systems, communication, sales, and much more. This Blatchford FILE is recorded on CD and sent each month for review.

Monthly Conference Coaching with Staff by Dr. Blatchford
With a specified topic, join other staff for an hour of learning and coaching.

Dynamo
A two-day, offsite seminar for your entire team to make a dramatic difference in the health and vitality of your practice. Together, you’ll develop a team with a united vision, goals, and agreements. You’ll implement a bonus and incentive plan, design an ideal block schedule, and practice effective presentation skills. You’ll learn how to market your practice, promote the specialties you want to offer, and attract the patients who desire those treatments.

Peak Performance
A second two-day, off-site seminar to put the polish on the program, with a lifetime commitment to growth and renewal. Here, you’ll add advanced skills for sales, leadership and communication, financial accountability, and goal setting. You’ll master skills in case presentation—to attract, retain, and encourage patients to make the most of your services. Included are enlightening discussions with guests who explore new aspects of the industry.

Other aspects of the program include monthly conference calls; in-office coaching with Blatchford professional consultants; resource materials including books, audio and videotapes as well as the latest technology; and Blatchford Monitors. Monitors are the numbers that help you run your practice as a bottom-line business.

Blatchford CONNECTION
Upon graduation from Custom Coaching, CONNECTION has monthly CONNECTION conference calls, monthly phone coaching with Dr. Blatchford, encouraging seminar participation as well as CONNECTION seminars.

Retire As You Go

"Retire As You Go" is a Blatchford model through the Custom Coaching Program. As one approaches retirement and has a need to continue practicing or enjoys dentistry and people, we can help you design a practice that can continue in your design for years by doing the treatments you enjoy on people you enjoy with staff who see your vision as their own.
